Sandra Dallas is the New York Times best-selling author of two previous books, and her third is also destined for greatness. The Bride’s House is the story of three generations of women who live in the same Victorian house and one that readers will enjoy. The lives of these three women are variant, but important commonalities bind them all together. Set in the mountains of Colorado, in a small mining town, this novel is rich with beautiful descriptions and themes of forgiveness and redemption. Dallas expertly weaves engaging storytelling with history while bringing to life characters that keep the reader interested.

Rated: Mild for some brief and not descriptive sexual references and a few incidents of foul language.

    Teri,
Have you read Sandra Dallas’ The Diary of Mattie Spenser? That was my Sandra Dallas favorite along with the Persian Pickle Club. But I haven’t been impressed with anything since. Maybe I will try this one. Thanks for the review!

    1. Thanks, Sonja! I haven’t read that one. Bride’s House is a light, enjoyable read. Happy reading!
