Good Morning America book club picks for 2022

I haven’t read a lot of the Good Morning America book club picks; most are rated high, and I didn’t have an interest in many of them. But I made sure to cover them by giving Rapid Ratings to them here. This is the list of picks from 2022, with links to the posts of their summaries and ratings. As with my other lists, the books are in descending order from December down to January.

Of these 12, I read The Fortunes of Jaded Women, Lessons in Chemistry and The Maid. The first was fine but I didn’t love it; I did really enjoy Chemistry (which was made into an Apple TV series) and The Maid.

The Light Pirate, Lily Brooks-Dalton – High

Someday, Maybe, Onyi Nwabineli – High

Mad Honey, Jodi Picoult and Jennifer Finney Boylan – High

The Fortunes of Jaded Women, Carolyn Huynh – High

Mika in Real Life, Emiko Jean – High

The Dead Romantics, Ashley Poston – High

More Than You’ll Ever Know, Katie Gutierrez – High

The Change, Kirsten Miller – High

Lessons in Chemistry, Bonnie Garmus – High

The Love of My Life, Rosie Walsh – High

The Violin Conspiracy, Brendan Slocumb – high

The Maid, Nita Prose – Moderate
